Meiji Techno Co., Ltd is the 3rd largest manufacturer of optical microscopes in Japan. In 1964, Azuma Optics Co., Ltd was established mainly manufacturing to order optical microscopes and quickly gained a reputation for high quality and fast delivery. In 1975, the company changed its name to Meiji Techno Co., Ltd and began supplying direct-to-consumer microscopes under the Meiji Techno brand.
Originally just a manufacturer of microscopes for teaching, Meiji Techno has expanded its product line for industry, laboratories and universities. Our products are supplied through Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas by authorized dealers or distributors by Meiji Techno Co., Ltd., or by Meiji Techno’s American affiliate.
